TN PWD Recruitment 2024 Notification:
The Tamil Nadu Public Works Department (TN PWD) has released the latest notification for recruiting 760 Apprenticeship Posts. Those candidates who have completed a diploma in Engineering or Arts, Science, Commerce and Humanities are eligible to apply for these vacancies. The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

TN PWD 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
Interested candidates applying for TN PWD Recruitment 2024 should meet the following Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: Must have completed 20 years on the last date of Advertisement
- Maximum Age: Maximum Age: Must have completed 35 years on the last date of Advertisement Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of the application.

Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate Apprentices: Candidates should have completed Engineering or technology (Full-time) from a recognized university.
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Candidates must have completed a Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full-time) from a recognized state council or technical board.
- Non-Engineering Graduates: Candidates should have completed a Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce/Humanities (e.g., BA, B.Sc., B.Com., BBA) from a recognized university.
Application fee:
As per the official notification, candidates do not need to pay any application fee for this recruitment.
Selection Process:
The selection process for TN PWD Recruitment 2024 will be conducted in two stages:
- Stage 01: Shortlisting candidates based on marks obtained in the qualifying examinations.
- Stage 02: Certificate Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification at the PWD office in Chennai from 21st to 24th January 2025.
