What are you going to do on Amazon?
As a business manager, you should:
- Lead the initiative for one of our core products, working with cross-functional teams to identify critical issues and create effective solutions.

- A background as a product manager in a high-growth HR tech company.
- The ability to make both strategic and tactical decisions effectively.
- A proven track record of positively impacting product direction.
- A solid understanding of design and user experience.
- A love for creating functional products, even in complex areas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Business-level English speaking and writing skills.

Compensation and Benefits
We believe in fair and competitive compensation. Our salary range for this position is $177,000 to $238,000, depending on various factors like location and experience. We promote pay equity and do not support cheap labour practices.
