Telangana High Court Recruitment 2024 Notification:
The Telangana High Court invites applications from eligible candidates with a 3/5 year Law Degree for a total of 33 posts of Law Clerks. This includes 31 posts to assist the Hon’ble Judges of the High Court and 2 posts to work at the Telangana State Judicial Academy in Secunderabad. These positions are on a contract basis for one year.

Age Limit:
A candidate must not have attained the age of 30 years as of 1st July, preceding the last date fixed for the submission of applications
Educational Qualifications:
- The candidate should have acquired a Degree in Law from a recognized University, having studied a 5-year regular stream after completion of 10+2 years of schooling or who have studied regular 10+2 years of schooling followed by 3 years of regular curriculum in a degree course. before taking a 3-year regular law degree from a college affiliated with a recognized University.
- The candidate should have passed the Degree in law within 2 years immediately preceding the date of notification for selection of Law Clerks.
- The candidate should not be pursuing any other course of study or pursuing any other profession or occupation, which may require them to be away from their place of work during the period of their engagement as Law Clerk.
- The candidates should have computer knowledge including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes, such as Manupatra, sec Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.
How to apply for Telangana High Court Recruitment 2024?
The prescribed proforma of the application is placed on the official website of the High Court i.e., http://tshc.gov.in, and duly filled-in applications should be sent to the Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana, along with copies of relevant documents in proof of age, category and educational qualifications, by registered post with acknowledgment due, superscribed on it as “Application for the post of Law Clerks” on or before 23.11.2024, 5.00 p.m.
