Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, casework, and chats about hardware, software, wireless communications, OTAP, account management, upgrades, online orders, and industry events.
- Research and prepare escalations to second-level support teams like Technical Analysts, Wireless Communications, Customer Managers, Integration Services, 3rd Party Partners, and Leadership.
- Review, manage, and follow up on open issues as needed.
- Ensure individual and team SLAs/KPIs are maintained and on track.
- Collaborate on creating documentation for internal cross-functional teams.
- Participate in long-term and short-term projects.
Skills Required:
- 0-1 year of experience in a technical support or customer-facing technology field.
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with business software (e.g., MS Office, Salesforce CRM, Email).
