RRB NTPC UG, Graduate Level Posts Exam Date: Candidates are eagerly awaiting the exam schedule for the NTPC Graduate Level exam conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). The RRB is expected to release the exam schedule soon. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has not yet issued any official notification about the exam schedule on its website. Candidates who have registered for NTPC graduate-level posts can check the updates and notices on the official website of the regional RRB under which they have applied.
Selection Process for RRB NTPC:
The selection process for RRB NTPC positions is based on a two-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT) exam, which will be a Computer-Based Typing Skill Test and a Computer-Based Aptitude Test. After these tests, candidates will undergo document verification and a medical examination.
For the position of Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk, the selection process is also two stages of CBT, followed by document verification and a medical examination.
Know the Exam Pattern:
The first stage of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be common for all posts, meaning all candidates will take the same test. The CBT will be of 90 minutes duration and consist of 100 questions. The distribution of questions is as follows: 40 questions from General Awareness, 30 questions from Mathematics, and 30 questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning.
The first-stage CBT is important, it will be used to shortlist candidates for the second-stage CBT based on the normalized score. Only candidates who meet the required cutoff in the first stage of CBT will proceed to the second stage.
RRB NTPC Vacancy Details:
The RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024 notification was released on 13 September and online applications are invited from 14 September 2024 to 13 October 2024. According to the official notification, the RRB NTPC has announced to fill a total of 11,558 vacancies for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) for both graduate and undergraduate levels in Indian Railways and 8,113 graduate-level positions. Those candidates who have completed the 12th class from a recognized board and graduation a degree from a recognized university are eligible to apply for these vacancies.
