The U.S. Census Bureau is looking for an IT Specialist (APPSW) to help develop and maintain cloud-based and web applications. This position involves planning, designing, and implementing data-driven solutions to support Census Bureau operations.
Overview:
- Location: U.S. (Remote)
- Position Type: Full-time Federal employment, GS-13
- Open to: Minimum Age 15 Years and Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Salary Range: $2500/- Per Month
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and cloud-based applications.
- Lead a team in planning and delivering IT solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand technical needs and implement solutions.
- Use AWS Cloud Services, containerization (Docker), and modern programming languages (Python, Node.js, etc.).
Qualifications
- Experience: Any Graduate Degree
- Skills:
- Programming (e.g., Python, Node.js, AWS).
- Cloud services (AWS EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Team leadership and problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service.
