ISRO VSSC Recruitment 2024: The Vikram Sarabhai Space Center (VSSC) has officially released the notification for recruitment of Graduate Apprentice and Technician Apprentice posts. Eligible candidates can submit their online applications at ISRO’s official website at www.isro.gov.in till October 23, 2024. Applications are invited from candidates for selection as apprentice Trainees under the Apprentices Act, 1961 at Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), to fill up the training year 2024-25 vacancies.
Candidates who participated in the walk-in interview at the Government Women’s Polytechnic College, Lamasery, Ernakulam on 31.08.2024 need not participate again. Training will last one year from the date of joining, and the stipend is Rs 9,000/—for graduate apprentices and Rs 8,000/—for Technical apprentices per month.

Educational Qualifications:
For Graduate Apprentice
- Candidates who have acquired a Degree/Diploma before April 2020, those appearing for the year exam, results awaiting candidates, or candidates pursuing M.E/M.tech are not eligible to apply for these vacancies.
- Engineering Degree from a recognized University in the respective field with not less than 65% marks/6.84 CGPA.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in the respective field with not less than 60% marks/6.32 CGPA.
For Technical Apprentice
- First class Diploma in Engineering from a state board of Technical education.
- Three-year diploma in commercial Practice (DCP) with shorthand and typewriting from a recognized Polytechnic under the state council/board of technical Education established by the state government university with not less than 60% marks/6.32 CGPA.
How to apply for VSSC Recruitment 2024
- Applications will be received from the candidates only on the day of the selection drive on 28/10/2024.
- Candidates have to register online in the Ministry of Education NATS portal, through the website www.nats.education.gov.in
- Candidates will be provided application forms for consideration for Apprenticeship after scrutiny of support documents with respect to educational qualifications.
- The duly filed form along with copies of certificates to be handed over to VSSC officials at the time of the Selection Drive.
VSSC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
The Selection process is based on the highest marks scored by the candidates in the relevant examination with due to weitage to reservation categories.
The indication of apprentices against the training positions shall be strictly based on the position of the candidate in the panel subject to the availability of vacancies and validity of the panel.
