Selected candidates for the BOI Recruitment will receive a monthly salary of RS 12,000 to RS 15,000 for the following posts:

Age Limit:
The age limit for the post of Office Assistant is 22 to 40 years, for FLC Counsellor (FLC) is 63 years and for Watchman cum Gardener is 22 to 40 years.
Qualification Required for BOI Recruitment 2024:
For FLC Counsellor
- Candidates must hold a Graduation/Post-Graduation degree from a UGC-recognized university.
For Office Assistant
- A Graduation degree in BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge is required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written local language is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally, and Internet is required.
For Watchman cum Gardener
- Candidates should have passed the 7th standard.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can read and write in the local language.
- Experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture is preferred.
- It is preferred that the candidates be residents of the district where the RSETI is located.
